By contracting our services, you can have your project rainscreened and lathed within budget and and in a timely manner. Our goal is to have the prep work completed so your exterior crews(stucco, stone, hardi, vinyl, alum cladding etc) can get to work!

-strapping, drainage mat, z-bar, hat track, Cascadia fibre glass clips
-flashing: headers, sills, thru-wall, base, caps
-window preps and trims
-self-adhesive membranes, bugscreen, caulking

Lathing Services:
-stucco stops, expansion bead, corner bead
-breather/rain board, 30/60min paper,
-wire, k-lath, diamond mesh, rib lath
